Her experience has given her a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior, which she leverages to develop effective revenue strategies.
In 2022, she joined WelcomHeritage as the Revenue and Distribution Manager, bringing her skills to contribute to the organization. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Science degree from H.N.B Garhwal University and a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management.

Abhishek brings 27 years of experience, including 19 years in sales, and has worked for a number of renowned hotel chains, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, ITC Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Carlson RezidorHotel Group, and others. He began working for WelcomHeritage hotels in 2022, and in his capacity as Sales Head, he has effectively given our hotels across India solid leadership.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in the prestigious fields of marketing, finance, and statistics from Agra University.
He is an excellent strategic thinker and doer. He stands out from the competition because of his emphasis on establishing connections with various stakeholders and using them to improve consumer experiences.

Manoj brings 28 years of experience, including 25 years in administration and finance. Since joining WelcomHeritage in 1998, he has excelled in a variety of critical roles within the organisation.
He oversees market operations, the launching of new properties, risk management, budgeting at the unit level, financial analysis, and strategy. Manoj has contributed value and insights to every role and duty he has held because he has been associated with the business since its beginning.

Mr. Abinash Manghani, the CEO of WelcomHeritage Hotels, is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the hospitality industry. With over thirty years of association with ITC Hotels in various roles, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his current position.
Mr. Manghani embarked on his career with ITC Hotels after joining the esteemed WelcomGroup Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi, as part of the Group's Management Trainee Program in 1990. His exceptional performance led to his appointment as the Sales & Marketing Manager for WelcomGroup Chola Sheraton & WelcomGroup Park Sheraton in Chennai in 1996. In 1999, he assumed the role of Marketing Manager for the flagship property, the ITC Maurya.
Driven by a desire to explore new avenues, Mr. Manghani joined Colliers Jardine, a renowned real estate MNC Consultancy, in 2000, where he served as General Manager. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in numerous landmark transactions and advisory services. Additionally, he made significant contributions to the establishment of Tata Teleservices' telecom venture and several IT, retail, and commercial projects.
After a successful stint in real estate advisory services, Mr. Manghani re-joined ITC Hotels as the Head of Sales & Marketing for Fortune Hotels. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in establishing a robust national sales and distribution system for Fortune Hotels. Under his leadership, the brand experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a portfolio of 13 hotels in 2005 to an impressive 40 hotels in 2010.
Progressing further in his career, Mr. Manghani assumed the position of Area Manager for New Delhi Hotels, overseeing the ITC Maurya and Sheraton New Delhi. Subsequently, he served as the Area Manager-North, responsible for the leisure and luxury hotels across India.
In 2020, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of WelcomHeritage Hotels, where he currently leads the organization. Since his appointment, the brand's portfolio has grown from 35 hotels in 2020 to an impressive 42 hotels by 2023-24, a testament to his strategic leadership and vision.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Manghani holds an MBA from the esteemed Asian Institute of Management, Manila, and received his Diploma in Hotel Management from IHMCTAN, Dadar, Mumbai. He has also successfully completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the renowned Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Vermont, USA.
With his extensive industry knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and success, Mr. Abinash Manghani continues to spearhead WelcomHeritage Hotels, cementing its position as a leading hospitality brand in India.

He has collaborated both domestically and internationally with well-known companies including ITC Hotels, Radisson, Accor, Autograph, and Marriott. His skills and experience have been shown to boost staff engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational success.
Gaurav holds a Hotel Management Degree from IHM-A, Aurangabad, India and an MBA in Hotel Management from ESSEC-IMHI, Paris.
